BCP Media Group Invests £500,000 as Demand for POS and Large Format Print Grows

Following sustained growth in larger and more complex POS, signage, and large format print campaigns, BCP Media Group has completed a £500,000 investment in new production equipment at its Poole headquarters.

The investment marks the next stage in the company’s development, strengthening production capacity across large format print, point of sale display manufacture, and signage production, while enhancing workflow through cutting, finishing, and installation.

Over recent years, we’ve seen a noticeable shift in the scale of POS rollouts and signage programmes entrusted to us. National retail campaigns, multi site display installations, and time critical large format projects are becoming the norm rather than the exception. Supporting that level of work requires the right production infrastructure behind it.

This latest investment ensures we are equipped to manage that growth responsibly. It increases capacity across our POS and large format print operations, improves resilience during peak periods, and gives our team greater flexibility when handling complex, multi location signage and display campaigns, all while maintaining full in house control from print through to installation.

Established more than 30 years ago, BCP Media Group operates from a fully integrated manufacturing facility in Dorset. Continuing to invest locally not only strengthens our position within the POS and signage sector, it reinforces our long term commitment to UK manufacturing and to supporting skilled careers within the print and signage industry.

As new production technology is introduced into our large format and display workflow, it creates opportunities for development, training, and progression within the team. For us, investing in equipment goes hand in hand with investing in people and strengthening expertise within the industry.

Sam Thomas, Operations Director at BCP Media Group, said:

“This is an exciting moment for the business. We’ve seen real momentum in the scale and complexity of POS and signage projects coming through, and it’s a strong position to be in. Investing at this level gives us the infrastructure to support that growth properly. It’s about backing our team, backing our customers, and making sure we’re ready for what comes next.”

For us, this investment is about more than machinery. It reflects confidence in the future of large format print and POS production, confidence in our team, and confidence in the partnerships we continue to build.

If you’ve worked with us before, thank you for being part of that journey. If you’re planning an upcoming POS rollout, signage programme, or large format campaign, we’d welcome the opportunity to support it.
