How we get things done

Our two main presses are both B2 size which allows us to print any sheet up to 700 x 520mm, ideal for that large poster you may need printing.

One of the presses has a fifth colour unit which is perfect for that special colour which has to be run as a PMS colour. Essential nowadays as a lot of companies are very particular about the colour and image of their corporate image. Or we can use it for a machine varnish to seal that difficult colour that won't stop finger printing.

We have in the last year installed in-house a lot of specialised finishing equipment which helps make sure your job is handled efficiently and quickly as some jobs do require that extra special turn round. It also helps us maintain the highest level of finish and create a quality product.

Before your job reaches our print room it will pass through our Prepress room where our expert operators make sure all the artwork has been created correctly. They will also work closely with the designers if they need any help to ensure the final result is as you expected. All colour work passing through our Prepress facilities is colour proofed first for clients to check the final product. Once approved the files are outputted direct to plate on our Agfa Acento platesetter which has computer settings embedded into the plate to help the computers on the press match to the correct colour settings.
